INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION FOR ORAL PRESENTATION
          1. Abstract can be submitted in the prescribed format.
          2. Acceptance of the Abstract will be conveyed on screening by the Scientific Committee.
          3. Registration is mandatory for selected papers / oral presentation.
          4. Final presentation should be submitted to the organisers / portal minimum 5 days before the conference i.e. Sep 15, 2024.

No Phone calls will be entertained regarding acceptance of any abstracts; the scientific Committees decision will be final.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
          1. REGISTRATION: Registration for conference is mandatory for presenting author before abstract submission.
          2. LANGUAGE: Abstract must be typed and presented in English
          3. FONT: Use font type Times New Roman, Font Size 12
          4. WORD LIMIT: The abstract must be written within 500 words - including title, and the names of the author (s) and their institutions
          5. CONTENT: The submitted abstracts must contain the following:
                    o Objectives: State the main objective of the study
                    o Materials and methods: Briefly describe the design of the study and how it was conducted
                    o Results: Present the main results with appropriate statistics
                    o Conclusion: Limit the conclusions to those that are directly supported by the results.
          6. TITLE: The title of the abstract must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS with the exception of scientific names, which should be in upper- and lower-case forms and italicized.
          7. PRESENTING AUTHOR DETAILS:
                    o The presenting author's name must be underlined.
                    o The presenting author's name, institution, address, telephone and email address must be provided.
                    o Presenting authors must be registered for the conference. Only Registered delegates will be allowed to present (oral or poster).
          8. RIGHTS TO PUBLISH: In submitting the abstracts, the authors also grant the organizing committee the right to publish the abstract in the proceedings both in hard and electronic form with ISBN number,
          9. DEADLINE: All abstract must be received on or before Sep 06, 2024.
          10. ACCEPTANCE: Presenting author shall be notified of the status of the abstract after being reviewed by the committee, by email. Authors selected for presentation will be informed by Sep 12, 2024.
          11. Once the Abstract has been selected, Final presentation should be submitted to the organisers / portal minimum 5 days before the conference i.e. Sep 15, 2024.
          12. Communication in this regard will be made through emails only. Hence including your email address & contact details along with abstract is mandatory.
          13. All Abstracts for publication have to be submitted ONLY in the format prescribed.
          14. Full text of the articles submitted will be considered for publication.
          15. Your abstract will be scored on the following criteria:
                    o Scientific merit of the abstract.
                    o Adequate sample size and proper statistical analysis.
                    o Adherence to instructions, and Originality of work
          16. Your Photo & CV to be submitted during Abstract submission.
